I'm Abi
The founder and creative director behind Abi Lee Designs, a playful branding studio helping ambitious businesses stand out through bold, personality-led design. With over ten years of design experience and a degree in Graphic Design, I've had the pleasure of partnering with businesses across a range of industries and across the globe to create brands that feel distinctive, memorable, and built for growth. I genuinely believe your branding should make you excited to show up and shout about your business from the rooftops.
From doodles to design studio
Creativity has always been a huge part of who I am. Back in high school, I realised I was happiest when I was drawing, designing, and bringing ideas to life, and from that moment, I knew I wanted a creative career. I went on to study Graphic Design at college before graduating from the University of Huddersfield in 2020 with a First Class Honours Degree in Graphic Design. But alongside my studies, I was already building something of my own.
Nearly six years ago, I took the leap and launched Abi Lee Designs. What started as a one-woman freelance business has grown into a playful branding studio that has partnered with businesses across a range of industries, helping founders create bold, personality-led brands they're genuinely excited to share with the world.
As a female founder myself, I know first-hand how much heart, courage, and hard work goes into building a business from the ground up. That's why I love working with ambitious founders and becoming part of their journey, helping turn big ideas into brands that feel exciting, intentional, and built for growth. I'm also super proud to have been named a finalist in the SBA Small Business Awards UK 2026!
Today, you'll usually find me working from my Yorkshire home office in the Victorian terrace I'm gradually renovating, creating playful brands, illustrations, and websites for businesses around the world, usually with a cup of tea nearby and my gorgeous cats Ziggy and Maple, curled up next to me.

Partnering with Adobe
In 2024, I became an Adobe Express Ambassador and Community Leader, joining a global network of creatives and entrepreneurs while collaborating with one of the world's leading creative brands. The role has taken me from speaking at events and creating educational content to working on exciting campaigns and travelling internationally, including to the United States, to attend Adobe events and connect with fellow creatives. These experiences continually inspire me to keep learning, think creatively, and bring fresh ideas and perspectives into every project I work on.
