Pretty Gutsy is a Canadian digestive soda brand on a mission to make gut-friendly drinks feel fun and flavourful. Combining wellness with vibrant flavours, the brand creates refreshing sodas that bring a feel-good twist to everyday drinks.

The founder wanted to create a cohesive visual identity that felt distinctive, memorable, and ready to evolve and expand with new flavours. The branding needed to communicate the playful nature of the soda, alongside its digestive health benefits.

Inspired by the bold flavours and joyful energy of the drinks, I developed a colourful and personality-led identity designed to feel retro, fresh, and approachable. Through playful packaging, custom illustrations, and carefully considered brand elements, the identity was created to feel both eye-catching and instantly recognisable.

Pretty Gutsy now has a distinctive and flexible brand identity that feels cohesive across its growing product range. The branding captures the gut health element of the business while positioning the brand for future growth and exciting new launches.
